What is VOIP? Well I used it over Christmas to attempt a conversation with someone in Spain*. It was quite annoying as the person I was talking to heard my voice about 5 seconds after I spoke, and their voice often broke up into a weird ecohey, elongated, robotic mess. They thought I was just being silly. But I was actually using VOIP phone.
