It’s back to work again and I’m wondering if I can actually write any more? Or well at all? It usually helps to have some time off, as about 100 thousand words have built up, ready to be unloaded on the screen. But perhaps too much Christmas cheer has meant that a great deal of those words were released whilst under the influence of red wine?

Hopefully there’ll be some left for today’s work. Loadsa work to do, no money to spend – could it be January by any chance? Can we creep up to 100 words and then just get on with some real work?
